Among his achievements, he successfully sourced, selected, advised, restructured, and funded investments in the Internet, life sciences, and clean tech sectors, thereby raising $110M in multiple rounds of funding. Ofer also directed $50M in strategic alliances, led $25M in business development partnerships with Fortune 500s, and secured a $10M OEM software deal for distribution through computer stores nationwide.

Ofer is highly skilled in building strategic business relationships and has a solid network of CEOs, general partners, and top service providers in the VC communities of Silicon Valley, the Northwest, the Midwest, Israel, and Brazil.

Ofer earned a BS in Computer Information Systems, graduating with honors, and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
